Lively tropical aromas of pineapples and passionfruit find depth in the subtly creamy, vibrant texture of this barrel-fermented white. Lemongrass and lime on the palate are joined by nectarines that roll through the bright, chalky finish. This is the first sauvignon blanc from Cobden Wini, and it’s a terrific effort.
